Do you carry workman’s comp insurance for your employees? All the Luna Group Contractors employees that will be on your property are insured with the IMSS, Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social. This is required by law.
Do you have insurance in case something in my home gets broken in the renovation and/or construction process? Luna Group Contractors guarantees you, in writing, payment for any damages to your property and belongings.
Do you belong to any professional organizations and, if so, which ones? Luna Group Contractors is a Member of the Confederación Mexicana de Trabajadores de la Construcción (CTM).
Can you provide a list of references I can contact? Luna Group Contractors encourages our potential customers to contact our customer base and visit the houses we have built and are building currently.
What is the projected timeline for this project? Luna Group Contractors has a well-earned record and reputation for complying with time schedules. On our behalf the only external factor to consider is the weather during the rainy season.
Who will be on site at all times to oversee the progress of the job? An onsite architect and/or an experienced onsite manager. Antonio or Erik will do routine visits and, if needed, Antonio will put a tool belt on and work directly with the team.
Who is the onsite project manager? Luna Group Contractors assigns an experienced project manager (or Maestro de Obra) to every job and provides full time architectural supervision.
Will you provide me with daily updates? Luna Group Contractors provides each of its customers weekly (or daily, if needed) progress updates.
Who pulls the required permits for the job, Luna Group or me? Luna Group takes care of this process for you and takes on full responsibility for it.
Will you write out a contract specifying what you will do, the anticipated time frame, line items for work, job, cost, time needed and a termination clauses? We only work with a legal NOTARIZED contracts. Every contract is different just like each project.
Will you offer a guarantee on your work and, if so, what is your guarantee? Luna Group Contractors will guarantee all our jobs against two types of problems, defective materials and workmanship problems.
Have you been involved with any legal disputes following a previous job? Luna Group Contractors have never been involved in any legal disputes with its customers, employees or suppliers.
What is the payment schedule? Luna Group Contractors always establishes a payment plan tied to progress and holds back the final payment until the job is finished, according to the customers specifications.
